State of the art “Greenfields” Design and Construct Resource Recovery Facility for the Mindarie Regional Council to process 100,000 tonnes of household water per annum, using cutting edge aerobic composting technology and equipment.

The facility was based on patented technology to convert municipal waste to compost and included specialised equipment ranging from Bioreactors to fully automated compost turners, granulators, trommels and other specialised equipment.

The process also involved controlled aerobic maturation and atomised humidification systems, dust and biofiltration (bacterial) odour control, primary and secondary screening, all fully automated and operated via a Siemens Profibus SCADA network.
